International Shipping

Import laws and regulations are always changing and vary from country to country. We suggest that you contact your local customs office before placing an order to review the regulations for your particular country. It is your responsibility to make sure that the supplements you order are allowed to be imported from the U.S. into your country. BioSyntropy will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs. BioSyntropy does not offer refunds on any International orders. All BioSyntropy ingredients can be found on the website, under each product page.

If you ship your order outside the United States, please note International orders do not include customs fees, taxes, duties or tariffs. You will be responsible to pay all fees, taxes, duties or tariffs as required by your country of residence. Please note that refunds will not be given on any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient.

In an effort to prevent your shipment from being seized or held by Customs, your order should contain NO MORE than a 90-day supply of each item.

Occasionally, your local officials may hold a package for an extended period of time before contacting you. We have no control over this. We suggest you contact your local Customs or Postal service if your package appears delayed.

Address issues/Incorrect Address:

If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you've made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind.

Please allow 24 hours to process and prepare your order for shipping - we do not ship on weekends and holidays. Processing times are in addition to carrier delivery times. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week. Please note that orders placed over holiday weekends may take a day or two longer to process, due to heavy order volume.
