Have seen improvement

I've been taking these for 3 months now, and yes, I am feeling better, most likely at least in part due to these supplements. It's not an entirely scientific study, as I am also intensively working with the Dr. Joe meditations on a daily basis (since April), so I'm changing two things at once. But yes, I am feeling better physically, and sleeping better, than I had been. Current plan is to continue taking these for now. I will probably pause them for a month or two at some point to see if there is any difference, but that is in the unknown future. :)

Exactly as advertised

It’s not just the energy that is amazing but the quality of sleep I now get that is astounding! My wife and I decided to try the Female & Male Bounce supplements. From the very first time we tried them, we have felt a massive difference! We have both struggled, in the past, with sleep issues. The first night, after taking the daily recommended dosage, we both slept like a rock! Now we both have more energy during the day AND get truly restful sleep all night! Thank you Dr. Joe!!
