More virile

As a 60 year old, I have noticed a significant increase in virility. Only downside is at the 4 capsule dose, it seems to cause stomach upset. Am reducing the dose to see if it helps.

Have seen improvement

I've been taking these for 3 months now, and yes, I am feeling better, most likely at least in part due to these supplements. It's not an entirely scientific study, as I am also intensively working with the Dr. Joe meditations on a daily basis (since April), so I'm changing two things at once. But yes, I am feeling better physically, and sleeping better, than I had been. Current plan is to continue taking these for now. I will probably pause them for a month or two at some point to see if there is any difference, but that is in the unknown future. :)
