RETURNS AND REFUNDS
[For US Domestic orders only]
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion of the product in its original container, within 45 days of the purchase date, for a full refund of the purchase price of the product minus shipping costs.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact our customer support to obtain a product return form and RMA#. Simply print and complete the return form provided and place it in the mailing package with the items to be returned.
Please be sure to include your RMA# on the return mailing package and to include a completed return form with your returned items. Returns must be postmarked within 45 days of the purchase date. We do not provide return mailing labels for orders being returned.
Please note that a tracking # for your package must be provided to customer support in order for your return to be processed.
REFUND PROCESS
After receiving your package, we will process your return and refund. Please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of your returned item to process your return and refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been received and your refund has been processed.
