International Shipping Policy

If you have chosen to ship your order outside the United States, please note all International orders do not include customs fees, taxes, duties or tariffs. Your responsible to pay all fees, taxes, duties or tariffs as required by your country of residence.  

All international orders are shipped international express with either Fedex, UPS or DHL depending on your country. Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days but this delivery time is not guaranteed. 

Canada - $15.95

Europe, Australia and New Zealand - $24.95 

Please note that we do not offer refunds on any International orders.

Import laws and regulations are always changing and vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to make sure that the supplements you order are allowed to be imported from the U.S.

We strongly suggest that you contact your local customs office before placing an order to review the regulations for your particular country.

 In an effort to prevent your shipment from being seized or held by Customs, your order should contain NO MORE than a 90-day supply of each item.

At this time, we are offering International shipping to the following Countries:European Union (due to import restrictions we are unable to ship to Germany, Spain and Greece.)

Package Loss:Although it is rare for International orders to be lost, please be aware that it can happen. Due to the import clearance process in your country, international orders can take up to 60 business days to clear customs. An international order will not be considered ‘lost’ until 60 business days from the date of shipment. We are unable to process claims until 60 business days period has passed. In the event your order has been lost, you must contact our customer support department at support@biosyntropy.com and report it as lost to us within 60 calendar days of date of purchase.

Orders that haven't been reported within 60 calendar days will not be eligible for a refund.

Address issues/Incorrect Address:If our shipping system is not able to verify a shipping address, we will notify you via email to confirm and/or verify the shipping address. If we do not receive a response within one week of our notification, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. Please know that we work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues when possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you've made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind.  

Domestic Shipping Policy

We offer two shipping options, including Standard Ground and 2 Day Shipping.

Standard Ground is $9.95 and 2 Day is $15.95. Please note that delays may occur during transit due to COVID-19,  weather conditions, product availability, national holidays and other factors.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 24 hours to process and prepare your order for shipping - excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times are in addition to carrier delivery times. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.  Please note that orders placed over holiday weekends may take a day or two longer to process, due to heavy order volume.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. Please know that we work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues when possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you've made an error in the shipping information on your order.

If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees and we’ll only be able to refund you for the cost of the merchandise only.

 

RETURNING ITEMS

If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason such as Unclaimed, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, or being Refused, only once the parcel arrives back at our facility will we issue a refund for the purchase price of the products minus shipping costs.

Before a refund is granted, the parcel must be checked in at our facility. You may also be responsible for return shipping fees. We cannot be held responsible for delays and transit times if your parcel is being returned. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately. However, it may take up to 3 full business days before the package is checked into the delivering carrier's tracking system after shipment. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 3 full business days.

 

FINDING YOUR ORDER STATUS

The status of your order is easy to find. Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during checkout; you will receive e-mails at your email address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order. If you still have questions about your order, please contact us.
